Can I change or cancel an order I have made in the online shop?
Orders are sent immediately to our warehouse for processing and packing, and so, unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order once it has been placed. If you failed to include a product in your order, you will need to place a new order in the online shop. The order can be canceled if the product has not yet been packed at our warehouse. If the product has already left for transport, you can return it after receiving it. The product price will be refunded to you once the returned product has been received at our warehouse and your return has been processed.
What should I do if I have not received a confirmation message on my online order?
The order confirmation is always automatically sent to the e-mail address that you provided in connection with your order. Please note that automated messages might be directed to the spam folder of your email account. If you have not received a confirmation message within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service by sending a message to email@example.com or by calling us at tel. +358 15 415 1100.
Be careful when ordering that you are not on a fake website. Check delivery terms and conditions, company information etc. to make sure that the site is correct. Or ask our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org
