A Kuoma product that I purchased in a shop turned out to be faulty. What should I do?
If you purchased the product from a retailer, contact the retailer for instructions. Otherwise you can contact Kuoma: fill out the form below and submitt it to Kuoma customer service by email asiakaspalautukset@kuoma.fi. Kuomiokoski Oy will make an assessment of the grounds of your complaint and the condition of the product. At the same time, you will also be given instructions on how to proceed.
